Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Gift cards

Gift cards offered for sale by Zage Colorful Life are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is indicated at the time of purchase. After this period, the gift card will automatically expire and can no longer be used.

Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable , including in cases of loss, theft, damage, or expiration, subject to the right of withdrawal outlined below. No refund, in whole or in part, will be issued after the card has expired or if it has been used, even partially.

Right of withdrawal (distance selling)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the case of a purchase made remotely (in particular via the internet), the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the gift card has been used, even partially, before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by an unambiguous statement (by mail or email) addressed to [company details]. If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised and provided that the gift card has not been used, the refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund.
